If anyone is interested in catching some live Short Course Off-Road racing the TORC series will be racing today and tomorrow at Bark River. The races will be on www.torcseries.com/ and the FSGO app.

Say what you will about the CFL for quality of football, this game was actually pretty entertaining last night. The finish kind of reminded me of some of the late night PAC-12/WAC shitshows that end up being close due to some silly plays and bad decision making.

Has anybody considered the possibility that she kidnapped herself?

Maybe I’m an oddball here, but I’ve had the thought for a long time that the fans are insanely too close in places like Daytona and Talladega. NASCAR has dodged many near disastrous situations with potential projectiles coming off of cars leading to serious injuries or fatalities. I’m terrified one day I’ll be

I’m 26 and the earliest news story I think I can remember from when I was young was the OKC bombing as well.

If you have a lucasoilracing.tv subscription and didn’t watch it Saturday night the Show Me 100 late model race from Lucas Oil Speedway was pretty entertaining. I just cut it on out of boredom and it ended up being an exciting race to watch.

The guy that ended up buying Robosaurus is pretty cool and he also has some cool famous cars at his place in Vegas. I believe I remember seeing he has some of the Batmobile’s and stuff like that.

It wasn’t built for that, just happened to be a concept someone at NBC came up with after they saw Robo. Robo was actually made in the 80's.

I approve of this and not just because I worked all the events they’re airing this weekend.

I was coming here to post this but you already did the deed. Thank you good sir.

I want to like Supercross but it seems like every time I actually get a chance to watch the races are generally a blowout after lap 2 and it just doesn’t interest me. It almost feels like F1 where there’s a lot of talent in the field, but 2-4 riders really seem to stand out head and shoulders from the pack and if they

That sounds awesome. I’d love MavTV if DirecTV would catch up with the times and show it in HD.

If you’re expecting Bigfoot you’ll be very disappointed.

I’m not sure if you have any experience working large live events, but putting on an event in a large stadium like Lucas Oil Stadium is insanely expensive. The dirt costs alone are pretty nuts but the facility rental has to be pretty high also. You have to sell a lot of tickets or you’re going to lose your tail

That stuff is constantly monitored during events and having more vehicles running for longer periods of time can definitely have an effect. Some buildings ventilation systems keep up better than others. At Monster Jam events there’s usually at least one person from their staff taking down air quality results and the

It’s so interesting to watch the changeover happen and then the teardown following the events every weekend during the winter. To see what took so many days to build just start to come apart so quickly is oddly fascinating.

It competed once in a small fair show to my knowledge. The truck is just not built to be a competition vehicle. It’s an old outdated chassis design and was built to be a car crush truck for displays.

As far as I know, Dennis never had any kind of a deal with Chevy, he just was always a Chevy guy. While the original Grave Digger had a Ford body, I think that was just what he could get his hands onto for cheap at the time. The truck still always had a Chevy motor.

This truck is just a showpiece for a sponsor and not a competition truck. It’s no where near being capable enough for todays events. It’s great for car crushes for kids that are sensitive to the noise like some of those with autism.

This winter while working for Monster Jam my airport time killing activity became watching old episodes of Tuff Trax. In fact during the pit party in Syracuse myself and a few other members of our event staff snuck in a viewing of this event on one of the Carrier Dome’s 70 inch tv’s. That was awesome.
