the majority of Americans who voted for someone else don’t deserve this shit
I don’t know what you think you did, but me and mine don’t deserve any of this. And neither did those who threw away their votes in protest, even if they don’t realize it yet. Make it right in 2018 y’all. Quick question to all of us professionals and business owners: what are you going to do with your inevitable…
Totally down with Trudeau voters
Ah, see, since you’re not in the grey, I get to unleash one of my long insufferable discussions about “illegal immigration” on you.
Not to be a nudge but it really started with Reagan in the 1980s. He starts deregulating the FCC and increasing the number of stations a single person can own. (Just proving my history degree useful)

You’re correct — it was pushed by the Republicans and Clinton worked lock=step with them, infuriating a lot of us. It was the beginning of the ‘compromise=capitulation’ strategy that progressives are still using.
yes. this is happening subtly but with disturbing speed. im really surprised how much concilatory back pedaling is happening from unlikely sources. but the press is going to get railroaded. theyll sedate the masses with celeb news and they no one will notice.
Because we no longer have a free press. By deregulating telecommunications, the Repukes allowed news delivery across all platforms to get bought up by 6 billionaires — all with their own agendas. hes a fascist setting up a regime full of dangerous people. so yeah you are definitely missing a lot.
People are wishing for the failure of his policies, not for the failure of the country or the office. If he can just exist for the next 4 years without doing much harm people will be beyond thrilled. It’s what he’s been promising that gets people apoplectic.
It depends on what you define as “doing well”. Trump has expressed an interest in trampling the rights of immigrants, ethnic minorities, muslims, women, and gay people. So if you define doing well as getting his terrible policies enacted, then I hope he fails. If you define doing well as merely not destroying the…
So why not hope he does well, so our lives don’t suck?
Trump’s idea of “doing well” means taking rights away from a lot of people. So no, I don’t hope he does well.
That is an excellent idea!
This is a very scary, depressing thought.
As a lifelong NYer, Trump buildings were tacky to live in well before the election.
