Yeah, it’s one of those weird things where the left and the right want something but for two different reasons. The left has a shit ton of reasons why an agency like the FBI shouldn’t exist, but the right’s main argument boils down to “they were mean to Trump”.

For completely selfish professional reasons, I am deeply grateful the Cort has been renamed after him. It means that people will no longer call my theatre company (which is in a different city but has a similar sounding name) asking about shows there.

Another shocking part of this is the idea that hospitals can not only withhold treatment, but also advise OTHER hospitals to withhold treatment, from patients.

Hospitals snitching out on women in pain just to keep them viable for child bearing. Sounds like something out of dystopian movie but this is the future if the GOP/Conservatives/MAGAs/Evangelicals/et al have their way.

I don’t mean this as a slight to Joe Hill , but he writes enough like his dad ( while still doing his own thing) that he’ll keep the world in King style books for a long time .

I respect some of the films of Woody Allen. On the other hand, I don’t “admire” him. Something about child rape and marrying a teenage step-daughter that somehow takes “admire” off the table. I respect OJ’s historical prowess in playing football, but ex-wife murdering pretty much makes admiration impossible.

It is so bizarre that the people harassing the physicians and phoning in bomb threats to a children’s hospital claim they’re concerned about the children... You’re so concerned about children that you think phoning in a bomb threat to a hospital with scared and sick little kids and newborns in the NICU will help them?…

Children’s of Boston is arguably the best children’s hospital in the world (certainly in the top 5).

Anyone involved in wrongfully convicting someone should have to serve the same amount of time as the victim.

Just let Keaton be The Flash.  And the villain the Flash faces. And the sidekick. And the wise old person The Flash leans on for support.  What we all need is a multiplicity of Keatons.
