I use the wet paper towel trick sometimes for rehydrating rice. Leftover takeout rice will sometimes practically turn to chalk and microwaving can make it worse. If you throw the wet paper towel on and then microwave, it’s much better.

I’m kind of surprised that there’s no mention of therapy for Q2. That’s a boat load of issues for one person to process on their own. I think that the Doc gave some sound advice but that ‘re-building’ process they’re referring to should probably include some professional help.

Right, I don’t know everything about the situation to be fair. On the flip side, part of security’s and management’s job is knowing how to de-escalate exactly this type of situation. Weird shit happens at bars, clubs, restaurants and outside of them too.
