Actually I've heard many stories to the contrary about Bill Murray. A friend of a friend had a young daughter who was very ill and had a wish to take a ride in an expensive car. Supposedly Bill Murray volunteered to take her and her mom out in his ferrari(?), treated them to lunch and carted them around for the day.

Wait, where are you getting Neil Young from? He's listed on a number of sites as being a committed and vocal democrat. What am I missing?

Y, on the flipside, I'm the guy who chases down a stray plastic bottle on the street to put in recycling. However, breaking your neck on your driveway/walkway or your neighbor doing the same and then suing you can affect your life in a "not so positive way".

Johnny Depp would probably humbly agree that he's no PSH

I'm an avid GIMP user but i'd be inclined to say it doesn't truly compare to photoshop. Can you give more details on why you think it's closer than people tend to give it credit for?

Y, that was the only quiz answer I would contest. There have been recent articles on fish oil helping out patients with serious brain injuries . There were some implications that this could possibly help again brains also.

I got a good chuckle from this.
Of course, in this book, along with Capt America, there's the Thing, the Hulk and also Ghost Rider so you have your choice of PEDs...drugs, cosmic rays, gamma rays or demonic possession.

Reminds me of the "The Mighty Marvel Comics Strength and Fitness Book " and yes I actually used the exercises until I got to high school

This doesn't totally make sense for many goals - For instance, if I want to run a marathon, that's quantity-based. I can run for 4 hours, that's just great. But if I only hit 18 miles, that ain't gonna cut it.

I've been ruined. I can't read about cheese now without thinking of the Philadelphian Cheese Flasher.

I think it's great. And I think it's great that she does her thing despite knowing that some people find it unattractive. And are vocal about it.

Y, it's very possible to get that muscular without 'roids. I think people would be surprised at what's possible without steroids because we've become accustomed to thinking that anyone who does anything beyond normal is guilty of using PEDs, which is very sad. I think a great deal of this thinking is due to the

Y, I can see that. Sometimes I get tired of remembering to ctl-whatever instead of cmd-whatever when in X. It can seem like a bit of a hack. I moved to the mac native GIMP for that reason even when some of the iterations were unstable.

I have found imjack's comment to be true for me. I have gimp, kismet, inkscape, wireshark and numerous command-line "linux" apps on my mac. I'm interested in what you've missed, although I admit I truly miss Kmail. Definitely my favorite email client and I'm not sure I want the overhead of running KDE on top of Mac OS

No love for Inkscape (instead of Adobe Illustrator)? It's free and I find it pretty intuitive - Also, not sure that Sketchbook Pro is comparable to Illustrator. Last I checked SBP doesn't do vector(?) Sketch looks cool though.

Y, I hear you. I'm skeptical myself but there have been mostly positive posts blogged so definitely interesting.

So where do you think the %s should be for a healthy meal-replacement?

Got it. Makes sense. Thanks for getting back to me on the day of rest ;-)

Not sure what you mean by 'leverages other languages' - Some of the conventions are taken from others for sure but I'm not sure I'd call that "leveraging".

Java is still huge in financial institutions and distributed web environments. I'm kind of not sure where your statement is coming from. There's a reason twitter moved infamously from ruby to java.
