It took me 4 years and 40 some pounds to shake the PTSD associated with competitive swimming. At some point I just missed it! Maybe it’ll come back to you... all it takes is time

Marakins I would recommend going to Effortless Swimming on Youtube and learning from their videos. Want to apply? I have spent time in front of my mirror just practicing arm placement.

I understand Curb. I have gone out of my way to give swim lessons and while most of my clients are children, I always end up playing favorites with the adults who show up. It is a lot to overcome and I applaud them for doing it.

I was just teasing. The joke was a combination of your name and my inability to afford a decent hotel is all!

Of course! My absolute pleasure.

^ This Guy, stays at hotels nice enough to feature a pool that meets state and local health standards amirite fam?

Sorry about that. There is one woman, she used to swim with my club, who straight up yelled at me for passing her during an IM set claiming it was “dangerous.” Thankfully the coach intervened and advocated on my behalf. Adults suck.

Sure technique is important in swimming. However, I would argue that technique is equally important in running.

Could not agree more. It’s not like I wake up Mondays and I’m thinking “#Blessed”

Unsolicited advice that will likely never make it out of the greys: Swim dammit. Get into a pool and swim.

Go watch* someone fly a kite

that explains the waistline

I absolutely love my CX-5. I drove it from Wisconsin to North Carolina and loved every second of it. Its handling is sublime as I was able to weave around traffic with ease and the interior looks like a simpler version of my parent’s upscale Lexus Hybrid.

+1 Keg Stand

lmao is that your birthday?

Pence shouldn’t let Trump hold onto his phone while he’s on stage.

Didn’t know we all had strong feelings about Alabama State...

Nescafe is delicious and lasts me 2 months for no more than $4 at Walmart. God bless the South and our cost-of-living.

“Facing North Carolina A&T and Lees-McRae, two of North Carolina’s storied HBCUs”

it’s 2018, many people are stupid.
