Isn’t (successfully) breaking a bat over a body part a public admission of PED use?

I wondered about this watching Seven Seconds (crime drama series) when the big screen was used for closing arguments. I won’t say more because spoilers, but wondered if that’s normal (in this case, in closings) to use exhibits or screens.
