I am kind of wondering if these reviewers skip passed the technical issues, the Chobots and Prinze pop factors, the fact that this is really just a shooter that handles awkwardly, and the fact that half the Internet gaming community are up in arms against BioWare for a litany of Mass Effect 3 issues.

Am I just reading, like any other review, that if I liked the first one I will like this one? If I saw no reasoning behind the first storywise and the gameplay was clunky not hard, then this is pretty much the same? I didn't like the first one. So, disregard that you think the game is great?

If you look at this and Doom 3 graphically, you should probably thank id for advancing graphics, period. To say Doom 3 is terrible is shock value, you gave no reason.

It wasn't said to be open world at all. "Guided Open World", that means not open world. Also, it is a shooter, not an RPG.

You could say the same for Epic five years ago. This game gives as much as Gears did to the shooter genre. It just didn't have MS payola. I hated Gears the First on playing it, but was overhyped for it. That is MS stuff.

RPG's have such a low bar for greatness. Hopefully Skyrim and ME3 will take it up a notch.
