truth.
truth.
Weaponized Kindness is an amazing name for...something. Anything.
Both options, please.
Holy shit, I forgot he was in Mallrats!
You make an excellent point. I thought that as well, so maybe the second viewing where I know what the heck is going on I'll feel differently. Totally agreed on the other points as well.
That's just it - I had no connection to GotG prior to the movie. And he still took me out of it.
That is absolutely true. That arrow scene was amazing. I just didn't think the way he played the character was worthy of the weapon....I dunno. Maybe I'm being nitpicky. I really need to see it a second time.
Totally agree about Glenn Close. I did think that Michael Rooker kind of took me out of the film...don't know if I'm the only one, but I didn't love his casting.
I haven't watched the last two episodes of the Leftovers because it's killing my soul. But I keep seeing Kevin (? Justin Theroux's character) with the gun and the guy who kills the dogs AND I JUST CAN"T PLEASE STOP BECAUSE I CANT.
I went looking for the Deadpool/Spiderman gif and found this.
Holy shit that Deadpool gif.
Really?! So my crush on him since I was in my 20s isn't unfounded?! ("Welcome to the Xander Zone" pretty much undid it)
This applies to the first video too. I definitely lost brain cells.
I just want to tell Aisha that she is the fucking bomb - thanks for representing women and nerdy-types equally well and being badass along the way.
I think this is a nod to all the rot that's within Dean too. He went to hell and was a badass down there. But agreed, it gets heavy handed for sure.
Nope. Unless you've had a really bad day and need to zone out with some popcorn. Which was how I ended up there and why I'm not angry.
