I don’t know, too often when translations try to stay ‘true’ to the source, it’s at the expense of prose and overall quality of the writing.  I always thought Gaiman’s translation of Mononoke was good, as he seemed to understand the characters and themes quite well.  It’s one of those anime’s where I prefer the dub.

“Relentlessly depressing and byzantine” has always struck me as an odd theme for a game that wants you to invest tons of money into buying figures.

You’re right.  If there’s one thing Fallout 76 needs more than anything right now it’s bans for people who find a way to make the game fun.  

That’s not my read on this at all. Sounds more like they’re going to look at smaller-scale graphical tweaks that maybe don’t require the need to completely overhaul the engine.
