While I get what you’re saying, the problem is of Trump’s making, not theirs. These law enforcement officers are not constitutional scholars and lawyers, and we can’t expect them to be. Heck, CPB agents don’t even need a college degree if they can demonstrate “experience.” How are they supposed to deal with this…
