I averaged 24.6 in my 14 Ridgeline today coming across the PA turnpike... the trip computer read lower than what I actually got, (about 22.8). So it is possible, just don’t drive like a dick. I set the cruise to 70 and let everyone go by.

The entire Wright brothers first flight was shorter than a C-5's cargo floor. Fun fact.
Over 2400 flying hours on the C-5 David and every time I walk up, I get that same feeling. Then I get sweaty working and think, why the hell am I still doing this... lol
No Cargo take-off out of Norfolk back to Dover with only 45k fuel... 460k-ish gross weight with 200,000+ lbs of thrust... It was impossible to get up out of your seat on climb out. Pilots where showing off for the F-22 guys who said we’d break and be stuck there forever. lol
There’s only 5 A Models from the 60's still flying... :(
Came here to see Ultimatt for win, guess they set the bar really low for COTD...
That is awesome! I’m planning a trip into Rausch Creek later this year, going to throw some steelies and better tires on my Ridgeline and go at it. It will be out of warranty by then.
I was trying to sell it, but now I’m just gonna hold onto it. I love it too much. Plus it’s properly fucking quick. I’d love to have Sean ride it and give me honest feedback on my setup. Next upgrade is a rear shock, forks are already fully built.
This is awesome! I’ve done something similar for friends and family for years and had no idea it was becoming a thing! I usually just charge them 5% of the selling price which covers any of the legwork and listings I do.
Mad stars for the Fifth Element Reference!
I actually went and looked at a 89 CRS Si yesterday as a daily. I drive 20 miles one way to work and wanted something fun that got decent mileage. Sadly the one I went to see had a maaco paintjob and I left when I saw that. If you’re subjecting a car to that, I’m not gonna trust anything else they did to it.
That would sound terrible.
“A bald eagle flew overhead and perched on a nearby Wrangler, a single tear streaming down its beak. It then handed out Tea Party pamphlets and shotgunned a Miller Lite.”
Yeah I didn’t have a need for a nice grinder, I was fixing rust spots in the bed of my 89 Nissan Hardbody... It’s just lasted for years and I beat he shit out of it. Now if I’m buying a tool I plan on keeping a while I’m buying a good one, the wife usually gets mad but I’m only buying it once!
Only thing I have from Harbor Freight that hasn't failed me is my grinder. That mofo refuses to die. Btw my truck has a grade 5 in it. I'm thinking that's fine.
I use floor mats when winching or towing with chains. Very handy and are cheap to replace if destroyed.
Did not know that. Thank you.
You’re assuming they had a grade 8 pin. I’m not saying they didn’t but I’m not putting my faith in a Harbor Freight pin if you know what I mean who knows where they bought it. Now I’m gonna go check the one in my truck to make sure it’s a grade 8.
Fuck.
