Sandwiches!
I have no real words about this other than I’m honestly really excited.
EDIT: Question, will the AV Club be reviewing these episodes too? I know you guys covered the original Season 4 but I’d love to hear your take on the remixed version!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - I consider Season 4 to be a work of flawed genius. To any QotSA fans, I think of it like Era Vulgaris - a strange release by a popular, brilliant creative force that takes a while to understand, but once you get it, you become fiercely loyal. I honestly like S4 more than S3,…
As my username probably gives away, anything with J-Ho’s vocals on it is a yes from me.
The first movie is brilliant popcorn entertainment; it’s silly, colourful and knowingly, almost humorously over-the-top.
I think she might have been sabotaging a hip-hopera at the time.
I would like to ask her if she’s still alive following that collision with a Cartindale Cargo boat full of spaghetti.
I thought everyone loved Dying Fetus? This explains a lot.
“Mr Peanutbutter’s White House” is a really good pun!
This is undoubtedly a good move that sends the right message.
I don’t know why, but I really hate the word ‘binge’. Not the meaning - I’m am avid BoJack Horseman and Arrested Development binge-watcher - just the word itself.
The riff from Angel of Death was pretty cool too.
So Mastodon won a Grammy and Metallica didn’t. This world has been horrible recently, but at least some sanity is finally shining through :)
I think you meant ‘successor’ instead of ‘predecessor’!
What about Jon St. John, the guy who voices him? He’s a wonderful person, he’s pretty much synonymous with the character and it wouldn’t take too much time in hair and makeup to make him seem like an old Duke, which would be perfect for this film to function as a satire on the rise and fall of Nukem.
I miss them playing hidden gems like 213 live. Last time I saw them they played, like, 6 songs from Repentless, and that album is garbage.
They did an album without him, though. And it was terrible!
Agreed. When he died, THAT was the time for a farewell tour.
