Good employees shouldn’t be fired for a mistake unless it is a reflection of the quality of their work in general. Firing an employee won’t get the money back. But if there is concern that they are generally careless and don’t pay attention to detail then firing them could be a prudent move.

Normally I wouldn’t be that concerned with code, but with EV fires still happening, especially during charging, I would be concerned that homeowners insurance would deny the claim if they saw something less than code compliant.

Lots of drinking. Especially on Carnival. You can do shore excursions during port calls but those are not included. You have to arrange them and pay for them separately. Carnival cruises consists of buffets, booze, and maybe some gambling.

It might be safe (ish) but I wouldn’t call it legitimate. That setup is not to code and would 100% fail inspection. But I’ve seen worse.

yes, i have used as many tandem circuit breakers as the box is rated for. The house is also wired with common neutrals so there is even less flexibility to reorganize the box since both hot leads of the 12/4 wire need to be on different legs of the service.
