I never said law enforcement had to disclose it. What I said was that HIPAA does not prevent them doing so. It does not apply. Don’t blame HIPAA. It’s their choice not to disclose it... which I’m not going to address.
“We won’t use them, I promise.” Says a guy that never lies.
Legally speaking you have no additional expectation of privacy in a private parking garage as it relates to the other people that are in there lawfully. If I’m lawfully in a private parking garage I can video tape you. Period. Also, privately owned parking garages are considered places of public accommodation as long…
Also, Here, in case you need a very specific publication that explicitly states that HIPAA does NOT apply to law enforcement.
Here, in case you want to actually know who it applies to.
Why do people keep insisting that HIPAA applies. It does not. Law enforcement is not a covered entity under HIPAA.
The weird thing about road trips is that the worse they are the better they are. So I’m not sure if you’re asking about the worst or the best. It’s all about the memories as long as you survive.
Hold on. GM said the corvette was going to be mid engine for 20 years? GM did? I thought they were the last person to say it was going to be mid-engine. Sure they had some nifty concept vehicles over the years but nobody thinks those really mean anything.
Yes, rust ends all cars. It’s amazing what the salt will do to a car. Terrible, terrible stuff. Most cars regularly driven around me will be swiss cheese by year 15. Period. Mechanicals lasting beyond that is a waste of money.
I’ve been in this situation. Except it was a tire that blew off a tractor trailer. Didn’t hit it. It looks like this guy barely moved. Maybe it’s a heavy bike? Maybe he just wasn’t really watching.
hahahaha, I’m picturing some yuppie with huge truck and an electric chainsaw.
Towing seems to adversely affect range on EV more so then IC trucks. At least with what little data I’ve seen so far.
Midwest. There’s a good mix of cars around but Rovers aren’t really a thing. I see a few now and then but they are pretty bland so the average person doesn’t really notice them.
GM is usually pretty conservative with when they release their advertising and the dates they say something will be available. So, I’m going with GM.
They think the hummer is bad-ass. They have no idea what a land rover is and laugh at the idea of paying that much for a “British” car from an Indian car company that’s built in Brazil.
Heck yeah, with that inline 6 humming it’ll scoot to 60 MPH in just over 12 seconds.
Hello fellow connoisseur of obscure models of defunct GM brands. I skipped over the first 2 model years and didn’t think anyone would notice.
Unless your 3 row SUV has locking diffs it won’t perform much better.
This one is not a Vue, but the non-US version of the Captiva built by Daewoo. Also, there were two versions of the Vue, the first gen was a joint venture with Honda where Honda supplied some of the drivetrain in certain models. Fit and finish was poor. The second Gen had better fit and finish but didn’t have the Honda…
