I am on the crop production side of ag and it is the same deal. Organics are poorer quality and actually have a higher risk of food bourne illness.

Most states already allow direct sales of raw milk from the farm to consumer. The issue is they want it sold in stores or available to them from farm shares. These people want to be closer to their food but are too lazy to drive to the farm and buy it themselves.
