Jesus… I've seen Death Cab for Cutie and Fall Out Boy twice. I don't really go to concerts. Too expensive. Or I'm too poor. Or both.

So, after this killer clown adaptation… It follows?

The internet does not have room for disagreement. There's only room for my opinions, and anyone who disagrees is a cucky cuckface cuck.

It came back a few months ago, and has been finding its footing with Amy Nicholson solely at the helm. There's an open door policy regarding Faraci, though. So, we'll see what happens.

Yeah. It's an interesting look at representation of women in film. Maybe I've been spoiled by other podcasts and essayists who have such a grasp on craft, as opposed to a focus on writing, but I wish they talked more about what we're actually seeing, because that's just as informative as the script.

Well, it'd have the opposite effect on me.

I kinda gave up on the The Bechdel Cast—their film analysis, aside from the feminist angle, is really frustrating. But I'm happy to give it up for an Alfred-Molina-centric episode.

Huh. Is this indignation in me the same feeling anti-religions people feel towards people who never question the bible?

If I lived in a deeply impoverished country where food was scarce, and I learned about competitive eating, I'd find a way to set the entire world on fire. But I don't, and so that rage does not exist in me.

Easily the least insufferable part of True Blood. Terrific actor with a great presence. It's a shame he never got to do more. Rest in peace.

Yeah. Re-listening to it has been helping, but some songs just don't click.

I mean… okay.

With the exception of the opener and "Right Now," this doesn't really have the great standouts of Days Are Gone. It's also lacking the dynamic range in songwriting. These are huge songs. Few and far between are tracks like "Go Slow" and "Honey & I." That said, this is really consistent, and really solid. I like this a

I want an episode of The Twilight Zone where someone has been waiting for this record, and it finally comes out, but they can't listen to it until nuclear holocaust wipes out their town. Then, the only surviving pair of earbuds shorts, unfairly. Call it… "HAIM Enough at Last."

I don't think Emma Stone should have ended up with her husband in La La Land. I think she should have ended up with John Legend, and made Ryan Gosling cry.

I watched Scott Pilgrim vs. the World for the first time last night, and am now on my fifth viewing—would have been on viewing six if we hadn't had a power outage. I cannot decide whether or not I want Scott and Ramona to end up together. I think it would have been braver for them not to have ended up together, and

I was a Burt Macklin/Judy Hitler shipper myself.
