Tired of seeing the misconception that Shinra destroying the reactor is a brand new revelation. It’s heavily hinted at in the original that the bomb they planted wasn’t strong enough to do the damage it supposedly did, and that Shinra used the opportunity to pin the extra collateral damage on Avalanche. In the remake,

I honestly think he's the worst thing to ever happen to Xbox. He's a pompous windbag who has no business representing the brand. He's single handedly engendered more bad faith than any other console representative I've ever seen, and yet somehow still has a job.

People are really bad at picking up on sarcasm, methinks...

If all of your friends jumped off a bridge, would you?

The short version is: Assuming sufficient scale, and a long enough time line, the universe is a infinitely patient, very stoned wizard that we can not see or measure, because if we try, we change him.

On a scale of 1 to evil, how bad were you this year?

I hope you get me a PS3 this year. Gamestop's having a sale.

Well considering we can only observe the effects of stuff of that scale it is somewhat abstract. Or maybe that's changed in the last few centuries since I've been using quantum mechanics based magic to fly around the world, live forever, and effectively halt the progress of time itself.

PS4 first for me for sure. Better games, UI, console design, and online setup. My 360 basically has been a dust collector for the past couple years.

One thing I've noticed consistently about US consumer psychology is group think, hive mind type decisions

It's early build so nothing is in stone and it looks fucking great, I can't wait to see how it looks with all the bells and whistles

Nyad: I'm an Athiest, and I think things are awesome.

sigh..with a user name like nekoenishi, you're one to talk homie....uhh...whatever.

nope I saw the right trailer, if you don't like it..sure, your America.

General direction they've gone in? X and XIII are highly linear. XII could not be more unlike them, and Ueziel already outlined that 13-2 and most of the other games they've made lately are not.

Not really. One game does not a pattern make.

Not really? Like, great, FF13 has straight lines, we get it. FF13-2 immediately went back to being pretty circuitous with its maps with lots of hidden things all over the place. FF Type-0 is also quite filled with little secrets throughout the map, though they're smaller as befitting a portable title.
