So my understanding of what Sully did comes from the movie so grain of salt and all that, but I think the major thing was the decision itself to land on the river. He didn’t have a lot of time to figure it out.

Whatever Cadillac’s problem is its not the names. Good or bad its a marginal factor.

Tom, can you clarify if you are calling the bottom on the prices of these? A V8 M3 for $30k give or take gets a lot of car but that’s not the same thing as saying prices are going up. Per Cargurus database prices are still going down about 10% per year. No sign of a plateau, much less an increase yet.

Conspiracies can be true

The Elise won’t depreciate unless you put serious miles on it which means presumably you like it. If you don’t like it after a while, then sell it for around what you paid and get the Cayman.

I drive my S2000 8 months/year and the Mini is the winter car or at least it has been this summer. I drove a couple Caymans this weekend. Not your year. the 2008 987.1S and a ‘17 S. Great, great cars. Its amazing the Boxster gives up next to nothing in performance to those. I will have a mid-engine car one day. The

18,000 miles on a convertible in one year. You have my respect.

what are you driving?

MLK’s message was deeply anti-commercial. The commercial distorted that. Some of his family being money-grubbing sell outs doesn’t change that.

Not sure I understand your point. Ram distorted someone’s message to the point of saying the opposite of what he intended. T-Mobile had their own message.

I thought we were talking about used as well. It looks like the 340/440 can be had with xdrive and stick though its $60k. Spent a little time on Autotrader searching for New/AWD/Manual. For performance cars around $40k its pretty much Focus RS, WRX/STI.

I didn’t say anything about the number of cylinders.

335ix

you can buy an N54 with the mods already done for about that too.

Porsche 718. Turbo is bad.

there were 20,000 of these made worldwide

I don’t doubt that that Honda was functional and high quality but golly.

Subaru?

wouldn’t a wagon with AWD do those things and not be horribly ugly?
