Meh. If you want a 6 banger luxe sedan there’s a million 535 out there for a lot less.

I’ll check those out for my R53. Mini OEM wheels usually look good but heavy! I changed to Enkei RPF1 on my S2000 and difference was big. One of the best mods you can do.
This this a thousand times this. The daily commute is going to suck just the same in any of the cars mentioned and none of them are much fun in the best scenario. Get a cheap sports car.
The stock price probably reflects new products like an SUV and maybe extending the Ferrari name to lower price points.
These heavily boosted little engines are super peaky with a small powerband. They’re not well suited for manual transmissions. Of course, yeah, they change the engine too.
I feel you never stop they’re bad brakes.
I have sat in Volvos and they’re nice. He may be a fantastic designer but Tesla isn’t putting the money into materials and craftsmanship like Bentley or even Volvo.
Not sure if Volvo’s designer is meant as a compliment but assuming it is the problem is not design. IKEA, Target and others hire top designers. It’s the cheapness of the materials and construction that’s the problem.
In fairness it revs up there pretty fast and easily. Ignore the tach and it doesn’t matter. I daily mine and I’m not bothered.
the video that drives E46 M3 people nuts
Winter in Pittsburgh in that? I daily my S2000 but I wouldn’t trust it even in snow tires and the body will rust if rhy use any salt.
There a couple spots with some hard plastics but overall the Stang is nice place to be. Ford sync is great but my lord ventilated seats is where it’s at.
5000 rpm just to keep up with a minivan from a stoplight. I’m not talking about racing just everyday regular traffic. You have to embrace revving a car to enjoy it and I do.
I’m not sure I follow what the weight distribution has to do with the car feeling quick or what point was being made. Let me add I think the E46 M3 is a very cool car with an amazing engine.
Why the Challenger over the Camaro?
A few thoughts: E46 M3 is a heavy car compared to the FiST, he wants the feeling of boost power delivery, the straight 6 is so smooth it masks speed/acceleration that’s part of the reason I “seems”, and last I tested one coming from a tuned/modified 135i that was probably 400 lb ft at the wheels from 2500 rpm. For a…
To the OP, we have similar tastes and I’m not sure there’s a car that’s going to hit all the buttons:
That’s got no torque. In the real world it will seem slower and less connected than his Fiesta.
Sounds like you got a great deal. Enjoy your car!
