Hahahaha that is SO true! I get a little anxious every time I prepare a new recipe because there are ALWAYS adjustments to make with a crowd that size.

Every Monday-Friday for the past 9 years, I have cooked lunch for 20-25 people. Not once have I ever had a health or safety related food issue and I have managed to successfully serve lunch at noon every. single. day. With one exception.

Apropos of nothing... my first pet was a gigantic(20+lbs) beast of a long haired black cat named Cricket. He lived to be 17.
