I can assure you a large engine like a car will take a small amount of bad gas far better than a lawn mower will. 5 gallons of junk mixed with 15 of fresh in a car will run, any junk in a lawn mower and you’ll be rebuilding the carburetor shortly.

I always heard the main reason for lead was providing stability for high octane gasoline. Obtaining the high octanes that many engines back in the day required requires the fuel have an additive, then and still today lead is the cheapest of those alternatives.

There are many of us who have gotten the vaccine and worn our masks but are ready to be rid of them. The newest studies are showing that fully vaccinated people do not carry the viral load to transmit the disease, that is a big factor in why the CDC is changing course on fully vaccinated wearing masks.

The new CDC guidance doesn’t follow their narrative. No one likes following the science when the science disagrees with their preconceived notions.
