Lolwut?
“most good comedy”
It’s saying the one guy in the joke found the situation disgusting. You’re extrapolating to the nth degree in order to justify some ridiculous measure of outrage.
Your last point, even if offense occurs, yields these individuals no additional rights. To go on some outrage campaign to try and change comedy is ridiculous. We see it already against the guy taking over The Daily Show. It amounts to a specific level of narcissism for anyone to believe that a sideways offense merits…
That’s nonsense. By that logic, Mel Brookes would should never have been allowed to make “The Producers” or Monty Python make “The Life of Brian”.
You’re reading way too much into the joke if you think it is calling an entire group of people disgusting. It’s story-telling a single instance, through bard-like poetry and “comedy”.
Being unfunny to some people shouldn’t merit this level of outrage and eventual self-censorship. That’s fucking ridiculous.
The asinine outrage machine wins again.
That’s some grade-A bullshit right there. Hell, some comedians make a fucking living out of doing just that.
Really wish this game would see the light of day on PC.
Won a losing game like this just the other day. We were out-leveled towards the end game, but managed to get two merc camps moving when they made their play against our core. Managed to take down their entire team while losing only one of our heros, pushed the merc lane and destroyed their core just as their respawns…
Best course of action would to be to sit back under hearth protection and let creeps waste your core. Particularly since they were sending ways of merc camps at you, game could’ve been over in minutes.
Wake up Mr. Freeman. Wake up, and smell the ashes.
She’s a Twitter harasser in charge of an anti-harassment start-up. In other words, the ultimate hypocrite.
I agree with Blizzard. Games are relatively faster than League or DOTA, and I think given the team-based leveling structure, there are more ways to actually stay in the game and come back from seemingly one-sided matches.
From a personal perpesctive, I have to disagree, also have it myself. And from a clinical perspective, based on my area of study, it completely misses the mark. But that’s my opinion.
Depression Quest is, arguably, a poor and EXTREMELY shallow representation of depression.
Just because it’s free doesn’t necessarily make it worth playing.
Because it’s a) it’s a poor representation of depression and subsequently, b) not a very good game because it fails to deliver on this critical premise while also consisting of an overall weak format.
