I have to point out that yelling at the ref is almost as much of a downer as you yelling at your teammates. Women tend to have really good sportmanship and it’s not fun to play with people who don’t, it’s embarrassing and demoralizing.

This does make it tricky for employers to deal with their employees, so most positions are contract to hire so that they can fire you within the probationary period if need be. Well I would think that refusal on the basis of gender is illegal. Not sure how the medical licensing boards operate, but you’d think they’d have some sort of leeway in making case by case decisions.
