But are there actually skilled Americans who can do the jobs? Are there a ton of out-of-work tech people who are being passed over for these positions? I wasn’t there so I don’t know if the parents were just ignoring their child, but I can’t judge their parenting choice without knowing the full situation. Perhaps their child is on the autism spectrum and that yelling is their normal.
