Public education on what healthy vs. unhealthy relationships look like, especially at the elementary and middle school levels. Too many kids grow up thinking its normal (esp. if there’s abuse at home), and others get conditioned to accept abuse in their first middle and high school relationships.

You don’t understand the first thing about what a burden of proof is then. You can”t prove innocence when you don’t bear the burden of proof. Prevailing just means the prosecution didn’t meet the burden, not that anyone was proven innocent.

Actually you can do an acetic acid wash to look for white patches on the skin that indicate presense of the virus. Also you can do a straight visual inspection for warts.
