Now are those just any chassis design that someone eyeballed to look like a 962? Or were they following the designs and used parts laid out by Porsche? Looking at the registry, it reads like the monocoques and some other parts were provided along with parts that you ordered. You could modify it a bit, like Kremer

Yes in the sense that it normally has 962 somewhere in its name, but when made by someone else it does get a name change like the Kremer 962K5 or the Schuppan 962CR road going version.

There you go, get pissy about about someone correctly calling out your click-bait title. That'll show'em!

Can you at least put “Lookalike” or “Mimic” or something similar in the title? I came in expecting a 4G63 in a gold lined engine bay for maximum WTF, but in the end it’s “just” another specialized race car that just happens to look like an F1.

Don’t sweat it, just try to avoid click-baity, misleading titles in the future

I am wanting to know the same thing. I bet $60k :(

No mention of what they plan to charge for this chassis? This is either incredibly exciting or completely irrelevant, depending on price.

Yes. Yes. All of the yes.

That’s a Falcon.

Hi, I’m Jimmy from Jimmy’s Manure Delivery.  All of our vehicles are Dodge Journeys, because they’re crap before we even load anything in them.

The new Ford compact pick-up will start under $20000, but you won’t find one on the dealer lots for less than $27000.

Just give us a new Courier, and all will be well.

According to the article, he was cooperating with the federal investigation into their sales practices. FCA has been a dick to him about it, so he’s leaving. He didn’t drop the dime on them as he was walking out the door. He leveled a whistleblower lawsuit against them last year.

It’s going to be weird seeing the new Corvette’s what rolling around the street?

I think you’re framing this irresponsibly. It’s more like he got the job, was like hey something’s up, talked to the correct authorities and got the company to fix it, and now that it’s obviously awkward he’s going to go get a new job.

Counterpoint: the polished rim steelies are terrible and cheapen the entire car. Every time I see a Camaro with it I wonder why the owner settled for so low when Camaros came with such nice wheels otherwise.

I don’t know how to tell you this, but the people of Asheville don’t do anything quickly. Adding more power won’t enhance their life. If you’re in a hurry to get from your micro-brewery job to hang with your friends at the drum circle, you’re missing the point.
