I will definitely wait til the release. No pre-ordering for me. The specs that captured me were 500ish miles of range and 16" of ground clearance.

You must be joking. If you need an ET (electric truck???) in that timeframe it will have a Ford or Chevy badge on it.
Wait until the actual vaportruck specs and pricing come out, probably more like 2024 and decide then. This thing is just a BS hype exercise at this point, wouldn’t go making any plans based on it. Unless you feel like your “$35000” model 3 was delivered on time and at the promised cost, in which case there’s no hope…
Funny how it’s arguably the 3rd biggest launch of the year behind the C8 and Supra, yet you’re complaining about a car website writing about it. It’s been two fucking days. Either log off and come back in a week, or deal with it.
I don’t think the writers here don’t like it. It’s just...weird?
So was the blanket there so that if he missed you wouldn’t see what the steel ball does to the stainless steel panel?
Star for your pickup because that is the right truck and engine.
Flat panels like that lose a lot of rigidity. They vibrate like crazy upon any mechanical stimulus
I think I mentioned this before, but I just became the proud owner of a simple truck. It’s a 1994 Ford F-150 with a straight-6. For all intents and purposes, it was a “pepaw” truck. It is simple, with a minimal number of lines. It’s basically boxes. It’s boxy, and that’s good.
Do we think anyone is going to use this as a truck? I for one am skeptical
I couldn’t come up with a better comment than this one.
This is why we can’t have nice things.
Forgot about that era of car. That entire back end is a hot mess.
Dry-clean only.
Ah yes, the "Action Package".
“It’s a sporty car, it needs a spoiler!”
That isn’t a wing, it’s a bumper. Seriously. It exists entirely to comply with US bumper height requirements, when Lamborghini started to sell directly they came up with this instead:
Clearly, it’s the front spoiler on the Countach:
The Celica TRD hood spoiler was always pretty ugly and weird.
