In this case, I like being wrong. Why don't I see any of these parts used very often? Are they more expensive than aftermarket?

This is true

Ooh ooh don't forget the Jag 4.2 V8

This seems as good a place as any to tell the internet I got myself a BRZ last week, and I'm in dirty, filthy love with it. The icky sweaty kind. Nice to see some Toyota backed suspension upgrades, though for the time being the thing feels perfectly capable as is to me.

$15k and I'd go for it

ha. haha. HAHAHAHASHAHAHAHAHAHAEILUGHSDIUGHAJKEHGAIUFSHBEO;RGAIEHGIYVHEARIUHG

Who wants to tell me about tuning diesels? Is it a similar approach to gas burners? Do they slap a giant turbo in it? TEACH ME

I understand why the W123 won, but my vote's still on the Mustang, especially if we're talking cheap speed. How much would you have to do to a W123 to get it to heave it's bulk at something considered "fast"? I don't know, and if someone here has done it, by all means tell me because I'm genuinely interested. But the

So W123s require some special, wallet-emptying care, most likely just when the toilet busts in your rental and suddenly your landlord is "on vacation." That said, these things have been turned into stout rally cars:

NO. NO NO NO.

That sure is one hell of a drift. Sure, Speed is a great driver and the Mach 5 is a car that the limits of our world has never seen, but I'm sure physics still apply somewhere in his universe. I mean, come on.

That happened before Akerson's tenure, and he said he now feels like the cars "would help Buick in this market and in China in terms of demographics." GM North America President Mark Reuss also told the publication that "Buick is ready for something special," like a convertible or some other unique flagship car.

I think these are interesting and I'm glad they exist (I'm surprised it isn't winning. Thought most people here were both wagon and rotary crazy lol.), but if I were buying a rotary, I'd want a sport coupe, not a wagon.

A 4.0 W8-powered all-wheel drive wagon with a manual. Guess how rare it is!

Thanks for the info, I always forget about the Cobalt SS, but whenever one of those shows up at the track they do really well. I'd love to see Chevy give us a hatchback with that engine. A rebadged Vauxhall, perhaps?

I do love that Buick builds good sleepers.

Which brings me to my other question, why is there s stick in THIS and not in the Regal GS?

Yeah, what if they put that engine in the Sonic? They could call it the SS. It would stand for "SuperSonic", and it would be great, or at least interesting. I have heard that the AWD Regal Turbo is pretty good, though idk about paying ~$40k for a 4cyl Buick.

Seriously, what Buick customer is buying this?
