I think it's gone now, but there was a Zen Box location in the Minneapolis skyway that had pretty solid chicken teriyaki for lunch. You could try Zen Box Izakaya on S Washington, but I've never been there for lunch, so I'm not sure they'd have it.

Crab cake benedict has migrated to other parts of the country. I've seen it at any number of brunch places in the upper midwest.

I made a rib roast for Christmas at my in-laws because my wife's mother has the flu and her father was disinterested. I also made creamed kale, while Mrs. Noodly Appendage made mashed potatoes. Everything turned out pretty much perfectly, though it was my first time making both the rib roast and creamed kale. The

I think you could set a really great film in the Mass Effect universe, but it shouldn't be an adaptation of the series or an attempt to recreate the gameplay experience. That, I think, is what primarily trips up productions.

That might be my all-time favorite Coen Bros. film sequence. Whenever I watch it, I just get the biggest grin on my face the whole time.

Lawless is a very interesting movie. There are some very compelling sequences and set pieces, and the performances are very good, but on the whole I find it kind of just okay.

Road to Perdition is constantly overlooked. It's a shame.

I really like The Untouchables. It's not De Palma's best movie, it's got some serious flaws, and it has the unique accomplishment of having a Morricone score that I do not enjoy, but it wins me over.
