You know what? When Donald saw that photo, he ripped DJTJ a new asshole. According to Michael Cohen in his new book, “Disloyal.”

I think it was Richard Burr?

Trump is also running against Hillary and Obama.

I didn’t even notice she was missing. I watch a little bit of Fox, just to keep up with what they’re doing. I have difficulty telling the women apart.

I think Trump talked about this somewhat during the Ukraine scandal--comparing himself favorably with the Obama Administration because Obama did not provide weapons, only supplies (“pillows and blankets”).

Oh, I agree.  I keep looking at the calendar, obsessively counting the days over and over.  I follow the news, looking for any tidbit of information that might be comforting.

Normally all candidates accept their defeat graciously.  Trump is just nuts.

Since my mind does not work the way that Trump’s does, I do find I am continually surprised by him. This annoys me, because I keep wishing I could figure out in advance what horrible thing he’s going to do next, but at the same time, I am also relieved that I don’t think that way.

I’m just hoping that there aren’t enough states that are close for Trump to make a fuss. 2000 was difficult enough, with two sane, decent candidates and only ONE state in play. If Trump goes after Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Arizona AND Florida, I can’t imagine the chaos that will ensue.

I think the Republicans will be like, “And who is this Donald Trump? He sounds familiar, but I can’t quite place him.”

The President’s term ends at noon on January 20, regardless. If Biden is the winner, and Trump won’t leave the White House, Biden is still the new president.

You are of course right about this; however, there are two important differences. In 2000, Florida was the only state in play. This year, it could be multiple states that Trump is yelling about.

I’m hopeful that Biden will win by a large enough margin that Trump will not see any upside to fighting the election results.

I’m glad I don’t have to figure it out.

Trump can file multiple lawsuits claiming election fraud, and it could take forever for these lawsuits to wind their way through the courts.

I hope not.

I’ve thought about that scenario.  Even if Pence pardons Trump, the President has no control over State charges.  Hopefully the District of Attorney of NYC and the NY State Attorney General have enough charges up their sleeves to keep Trump busy for the rest of his life.

I like that; funny how many of us all have the same general idea.

I agree. I like the way you think.

Mr. Lockhart was presenting it as a sort of plea-bargain.  I just can’t see this happening.
