Target clearance deals tend to be hyperlocal (i.e., a product might be on clearance at one store but not at another Target 3 miles down the road) and the retailer is apparently very aggressive with clearing out items that don’t sell…

You never hear much about WINK anymore but honestly, my Wink hub has been dead reliable since day 1 (after the slight headache of the initial set up). I use it to control my Honeywell Wifi Thermostat and various light bulbs (Philips Hue and GE Link) via Echo.
