That sounds very similar to, “she was wearing a short skirt, so, even though she said no, she was asking for it.”

I know a lot of people who view Jewishness as a religion and not a race and get confused when the term racism is applied to antisemitism. “All the Jewish folk I’ve met look white, so how could people hating them be racist? I’m a ____ because that’s the religion my parents were, and hating me because I’m ____ wouldn’t

Isn’t that why Hawkeye left the Avengers?  To be fair, I haven’t watched any of the Marvel TV shows.

In your little summary box, please put where we can watch movies.  Are they streaming (if so what service), in theaters, or what?  I can see it from the photo credit and the linked preview, but you don’t say it anywhere in the article itself.  If you at least put it in your summary box, I could know whether or not a

Based on the title, I’m assuming that, once the negotiations with Charles Shulz’s estate are complete, we’re going to find out that this is really the story of Charlie Brown’s marriage to Linus (the little red-haired girl we never saw was just his cover as he tried to stay in the closet)? Ruth Negga as Lucy always

He did say that Murray was nice to the fans and that he was a huge fan of Murray’s work.  Maybe Murray didn’t realize (or care) that Rob was part of the cast.

He must be very flexible.

Except the contracts were set long before Guardians of the Galaxy back when Pratt was known for being the idiot boyfriend/MouseRat lead singer on Parks and Rec.

Don’t think I ever saw an episode of either of them, but I think I had more Gobots toys (not that  I had many or any of the big ones) because they were cheaper.  I didn’t understand the difference that my classmates were talking about and always that the Gobots were the good guys and the Decepticons were the bad guys

That was my thought.  What about the ladies?  Don’t they count?

What about Firefly?

Is that Bodyguard going to get a 2nd season or was it a 1 and done?  I seem to remember liking it ok, though there was some controversy about how it stereotyped muslims as terrorists if memory serves.

I’ve read that amazon only has rights to LOTR and the Hobbit, not the Silmarillion and other writings (so a lot of the history comes from appendices to what they have).  My first thought was Tom Bombadil as well.  Love to see an exploration of him.

I don’t know, I prefer Return to Pooh Corner over House at Pooh Corner.

Maybe all poppy/synth-heavy music of the period was disco to Loggins.

Lego Batman?  Alicia Silverstone in the 90's (I may be biased there).  How can you not be familiar with Batgirl?  She’s figured more heavily in pop culture than the Flash (if you don’t count the CW show and I don’t know that many people who watch the CW even if it took me a while to finally break free from

I miss the days of them reviewing all the random promotional “for your consideration” crap they used to get sent.

Or Steve Tyler warbling I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing during the summer of Armageddon.  That sucker was everywhere.  Rock stations, pop stations, everywhere.  I think that might have also been the summer that Shania Twain took over all the pop and country stations (and malls, department stores, and elevators) at once.

Maybe her American agency negotiated that and the UK agency (which currently doesn’t represent her) was hoping to get a cut too?

That (or similar questions) should be asked about a lot of comedies from the 80's.
