Not to mention that if you do fail on 4th down and turn the ball over, you have them pinned with their back in their own end zone. It was a low-risk gamble that Narduzzi couldn’t handle.
Dude’s changing his last name to “Uzzi” now, on account of him showing the world that he has no nards.
You are not the only one. All of these click bait articles like the one Kotaku wrote above are just such edgy hot takes and I roll my eyes when they talk about the humor and how we’ve all matured beyond it. I still think bonerfarts is funny. But yes it’s borderlands and it’s a different place with different characters…
Because capitalism demands a larger sale with each iteration, or at least an equivalent sale.
So to argue ‘it’s okay for something to be bigger each time, while selling less each time’, strictly in capitalist terms, is a bad argument to make.
If we were speaking in a vacuum and not worrying about sales, and just looking…
All I want from this game is more borderlands. Fuck innovation. Not every franchise needs a new gimmick. Give me updated graphics, tighten up the gunplay a bit, improve UI and character movement, and give me new story. They did that. Now they're getting my money.
Am I the only person who find the complaint about a lack of innovation to be completely irrelevant? I mean, how many people who are planning to buy Borderlands 3 want it to be anything other than more Borderlands? I know some people are saying “I was burnt out of Borderlands after the first one, part 2 didn’t tickle…
I do not, in fact, have to acknowledge that he’s the most prestigious Democrat in politics right now.
This is his third run for president. It’s about ego, not about pragmatism and what’s best for the country. Even if he eventually loses, Joe will go all the way to a contested convention if he has to.
I get it. But I’m weary of people making a public declaration of what should be the baseline thinking for all of us.
HE EULOGIZED STROM THURMOND, YOU STUPID FUCK
Again. That is a fine decision. It does not have to be the only one until July, 2020.
Look. I get it. But the time for pragmatism starts in July, 2020.
You’re missing my point and clearly did not read what Biden said (or has said repeatedly on the subject). Is Biden as bad as Trump? Course the fuck not. Is Biden good? Course the fuck not. If you want to distill my point to something simple, it’s that.
Name recognition and being Obama’s dimwitted sidekick for eight years will do that for you. I’ll also say that in 2008 Hillary had the overwhelming support of the black community until she didn’t.
Being black in America is probably like being a sports fan in Philly, as tortured sports analogies go. Even moderates like to condescend to us with their own version of ‘trust the process’.
Biden’s support comes from name recognition (most people are not paying attention at this stage), clear favoritism from the DNC and a media that is happy to go along with their “frontrunner” marketing narrative.
Joe Biden is old, a white man and familiar. What’s there not to understand in the support he’s getting? lol.
I agree with this in principle, but man is there a huge difference in the way Warren speaks and comports herself on-stage compared to Biden. She isn’t my first choice (she’s close), but there was isn’t anything like Biden. She clearly has organized thoughts that she can put together into actual sentences and ideas.…
This country needs to seriously consider an age cap on presidential candidates. I’d go with “you can’t be over sixty when you start your first term” and you could talk me into fifty-five pretty easily. I say this despite knowing that it would knock out the two best candidates the Democrats are currently fielding…
