I recognize a gaslighting pivot when I see one. The day for debating is over. I’m ready to fight and conquer, and others are too.

I hope you understand that, had Bernie been selected as the democratic nominee, that would be the definition of ‘forcing a candidate’ on people, because the majority of democratic primary voters DID NOT WANT HIM.

As a WOC, I disagree. A ton of white women voted for Hillary.

Come on now. Don’t use Warren as an excuse to deny the sexism against Hillary.

Educate yourself. Please try to learn that sexism is not gender specific! Women can and are avid supporters of sexism, misogyny and patriarchy. This is why they hand their daughters off in child marriage, vote against equal pay, and revile rape victims.

You’re right that white women failed us- but not all. Some of us get it-most of us dont. My sister (a doctor/ med school grad) saw nothing wrong with his “locker room” talk- basically said that women probably throw themselves at him like he is a rock star and therefore his perception that he gets all women is true

Nope. First off, it’s so easy for you to say this since Elizabeth Warren has pretty much said she’ll never actually run. It’s like a nice pretend way for you to show you’re not sexist. It’ll never happen, so you’ll never actually have to support her. But let’s humor this...if she did get the nom....they would find

LMAO. So if there was a magic, perfect women she would have won. Okie doke. No sexism to see here. In order to win, women just need to be 100% perfect even when up against a vile bigot. GOT IT.

That’s because sexism is so out in the open.

Except the primaries weren’t “rigged”

Dream on. I guess it’s just a coincidence that every president has been male. I’m not trying to convince you because I understand that deliberate obtuseness is not curable.

If your fictitious woman had 3 husbands and 6 children by 3 men and cheated on all of them - like Trump, that woman would have been run out of the primaries on a rail.

The people I know that voted for him, voted for him just for this reason. I am almost certain most of them were not going to vote for him, and then Hillary came out strong for reproductive rights in the 3rd debate and that was it. It was the end, and it was when I started to seriously, seriously fear that Trump would

I think it was a two-for-one deal. People voted for the racism and the sexism was a bonus. Make no mistake, it’s not a coincidence that this is the result of the first presidential election without the voting protections we used to have. Voter suppression aimed at minorities is always helpful for white supremacy.

Guess this finally answers the question “is America more racist, or sexist?”

this sums it up..

This was lovely. Thank you.

You’re an excellent writer which I’m sure you knew.

Hillary Clinton is an amazing woman and I hope she can still have a role in helping to shape the United States in some way or another. Even if it’s not in the White House.

The first thing I said this morning was that Obama needs to pardon her or she needs to leave the country. Trumpet may have been singing kumbaya last night on his winner’s high, but he is a vindictive SOB. Now that he has real power, I worry for a great number of people, but HRC is top of that list.
