Andi may not have reacted very well, but she was not insulting, Eric agreed that their "relationship" had stalled, and it's really her prerogative. I find Eric's move to be extremely ballsy and ill-advised, and his overall reaction to the perceived slight from Andi to be extremely interesting.

I think he was less concerned about expressing his concern for her than he was about spinning a perceived insult he suffered at the hands of Andi back on her.

He overplayed his hand by a long shot. And when it backfired, instead of apologizing and admitting he had overstepped his bounds, he doubled down. On the other hand *projection alert* I think Eric's bold attempt to "infiltrate Andi" with the accusation that she wears a mask only served to lay bare his own worst fears…

I was left wondering why Eric walked around the cab to get into it.
