I was fortunate enough to spend time in Leah Pritchett’s pit a couple years ago. Being up close with the sport creates a whole new appreciation. The speed at which they rebuild the engines is incredible. While the sport isn’t particularly exciting on TV, being there, feeling the power and seeing the pit crews work

Oh man I really need to spell check. It’s still an odd comparison, but the Stinger GT does need to lug around an extra 600ish pounds.

Like many other millennials, I took my test in one of the ultimate soccer mom vehicles, a first generation Toyota Highlander. My mother had the first year Highlander, a 2002. We just sold it last year with over 200k on the odometer and the only thing that failed was a rear brake caliper and eventually the steering

Well the Giulia is priced competitively with the Stinger, though it’s a bit smaller.

Nothing tops what Alfa Romeo did. They were there, which is better than Cadillac can say, but they had just 2 cars, hidden in the back of the FCA stand, sitting on a display, locked. For a brand which desperately needs to grow, that’s not the way to display their cars.

I’m not surprised. They weren’t even at the Washington DC auto show, which should be a pretty large market for Mercedes. More surprising, Cadillac skipped the show as well.

I can’t even imagine how ticked of the Porsche faithful would be if someone did that to a GT1. It would be pretty great though.

Well this blows. I don’t care for the Knicks, but I love watching talented basketball players.

Blue suede-like material. From the new Infiniti QX50.

This article almost makes me miss working at a dealer. I spent a year working in a Mercedes dealer where the best part was actually getting to drive these incredible machines. Absolutely nothing I’ve drive compares to the comfort and quality of an S class. Truly incredible vehicles.

First off, great write up. If that happened to me, I probably wouldn’t have thought to take the door actuator apart. Second, that generation Sonata has the single worst door panel design I’ve ever worked on. I spent a summer working in a body shop and worked on vehicles from. Just about ever mainstream brand and no

If Lamborghini can make a Huracan faster than a 918, why can’t Ferrari make a 488 faster than a LaFerrari? It will be lighter, have fancy aero, sticky tires, and impressive electronics. I’m sure it’s doable.

Does it retain the eTorque system?

Infiniti, for a long while, did a good job maintaining a brand identity and having a unique platform. The FM platform Infiniti used for years was only ever shared with the Nissan Z. When the new Q50 was launched and that JX based on a Nissan, they really lost the brand identity they built with the launched of the G35

Can Torch add this to his post of cars showing only the functional grill? I really like this design other than the entire front end being the grill. I think the headlights are handsome, the lines on the side are unique, and the back end is sporty. That grill just ruins it though. What are they thinking.

This article is the joy of continuing to root for your hometown team (in this case where Drew is from), no matter how terrible or fruitless they are. There’s always that chance that one day the unexpected will happen and the joy it brings is incredible.

The newest version is capacitive. Started changing to capacitive when the Pacifica was launched.

I don’t think enough people are talking about the new Avalon. I’ve always been a fan of the Avalon because it was just so good at being a big, comfortable, reliable car. The current generation is trying just a little to hard to be sporty, so I’m interested to see how the new one turns out.

It’s all downhill from the Ram 1500 Sport before they took away the crosshair grill.

I did the same thing. I thought something looked off about this design. This is the first time since the Cherokee FCA released a new design I didn’t love. It just looks a little sad.
