I see where he’s coming from. For a guy whose day to day in the white house involved being ok with the deaths of thousands of innocent people on a frequent basis an oasis of sport like the Olympics, which has only occasionally featured the deaths of innocent people, must seem like a welcome reprieve. 

ETA: To be more specific they should *never* use presidential quotes as headlines when they are obvious bullsht.

I think that regular news should do something similar. Rather than, “Trump: Mueller terminated the emails,” it should be “(False Statement) Trump: Mueller terminated the emails.” Say that it’s false or misleading, but then report on it.

i’d prefer the latter. i know it’s easy to make fun of him whether its his decision to sign with GSW or burner accounts, but i love watching him play. and with that, he better not sign with the knicks because that’s basically career suicide on all fronts.

One odd thing I’ve noticed is that in the Baltimore Ravens’ logo, the bird has a large “B” on the side of its head, behind the eye (attached image for reference), whereas none of the ravens I’ve ever seen have such a marking, on their head or elsewhere.

I don’t know what’s worse: the terrible “off the line” calls on penalty kicks, endless VAR reviews of said calls that lead to like 8 minutes of stoppage time, or the idiot trolls who don’t watch soccer insisting that those calls were “correct.”
