Honestly, what difference does it make at this point? Warren apparently has an easy draw into the next round of we’re to believe this is any sort of bracket, or even if it’s a round robin. She’s punching above her weight with her poll numbers, and being matched up with supposedly weaker candidates is probably a

Dear God, it was a random draw.

The other view is that it means she might possibly steamroll over the other candidates in her debate and come out looking strong, while the candidates in the other group just get a passing mention of “blows were traded at last night’s debate” or whatever

I mean...if they want to avoid a “kiddie’s table” they basically have to do this don’t they?   They can’t exactly pick and choose who goes to what debate without it looking like either the aforementioned “kiddie table” or like they’re putting their thumbs on the scale.

It’s interesting to notice that the serious contender line is always drawn right below Kamala Harris’s name. In the words of the great Regina George, the liberal media really needs to stop trying to make Kamala Harris a thing.

What laws do you think are broken by companies responding to the cost of a service rising by purchasing a good that obviates the service but wasn’t cheap enough to be worth it at the old service price?

I mean, I do get how it’s like “pretentious” in media discussion, basically accusing someone of only pretending to hold beliefs, but we’re talking about someone acting mad about people actually thinking of what policies will most benefit the poor to show off how much she “cares” about the poor. I doubt she’d shed a

Yes, young idiots of every single generation love the idea of free everything while having no idea how any of it works, or the responsibility to make it work. You can see it in every clickbait article on Splinter that can be boiled down to “other people have things I dont so we need to change everything so they’re

So, basically, you’re mad that people are thinking about what the actual policy outcomes and effects on the poor will be instead of jumping on the latest virtue signal slogan to show which side of the wedge they’re on.

Remember in our youth when we could side with Avenatti’s sleaziness because we hoped, in our hearts, he and Stormy Daniels were going to bring down Trump?

Naw. The hard thing to do is not proposing legislation, or even passing it on a narrow majority. Any short sighted fool can do that (See: President Donald Trump and his precious tax cuts).

Yeah man I love that...checks notes...green imperialism???

You can’t point to the New Deal as being in line with what you want to do without acknowledging it in totality.

Life doesn’t actually suck for most Americans. As much as you try to push that narrative, it’s simply not true. Life is good enough that most people are either going to vote the status quo or stay home. You lefties are fucking done.

Senator whose biggest legislative accomplishment is renaming a post office compares himself to FDR, and y’all praise that?

Does anyone find it distasteful to baptize his dead heroes as socialists when they specifically rejected that label?

Any population faced with a New Deal Democrat and a bunch of corporatists (sorry, Liz “capitalist in my bones” Warren, you too) that doesn’t choose the New Deal Democrat deserves whatever happens to it.

The question is not ‘Who’s buying’ but rather, “Does it even matter?” And the answer is...not really. You have a large section of the population who will dogmatically fight to remain ignorant, poor, abused, enslaved, and downtrodden. Those are then combined with those who will dogmatically fight to remain rich,

Well if he’s trying to appeal to American voters by talking about FDR and the New Deal, then he’s pretty much wasting his time since most people have no idea in Hell what those things are.

If you overlaid two graphs- one of economic cycles in the last 100 years, the other of the ages of each distinctive generation - you would see that every boom cycle coincides with those generations hitting their peak earning years.
