Exactly my point I was attempting to sarcastically make. Tony Gilroy has talked a lot about how he’s not really into Star Wars, wouldn’t consider himself a fan of the series, but has made two of the best Star Wars things in the last 20 years (Andor, Rebel One)

This idea that only REAL fans of a thing should be the

Oh shit.

Are you ok?

Doesn’t sound like it’s a “not giving it a chance” problem since the people that gave it a chance think it sucked.

Doesn’t help when your sister site Jezebel runs a already debunked hit piece to try and smear Henry Cavill, as well as adding in their own pathetic lines to add to the faux drama. And then when the source turns out to be bullshit, Jezebel pulls the article and doesn’t run a retraction or apology.

Swords, Boobs, and Henry.  And we’re all out of Henrys.

Claiming that all bad reviews are from racist trolls is deeply stupid.

Nicholas Meyer wasn’t a fan of star trek and he made the 2 best star trek movies, Wrath of Kahn and Undiscovered Country. Though same for Stuart Baird and he made Nemesis... Point is fans aren't required just someone who understands the characters and story.

This is why ONLY fans of things should be allowed to create new things based off those old things! Take the newest Star Wars Trilogy! J.J. Abrams and Rian Johnson constantly talked about how huge of Star Wars fans they were, and how much they loved the originals, and how much it means in their life and how it’s always

You could not even choose poorer words! There is no worse way of saying you didn’t work at Citigroup than this.

Yeah, even by the usual standards of Republican lying, this is impressive.

No one:

I am not a criminal here—not here or in Brazil or any jurisdiction in the world,”

Was anyone within the opposition’s camp or in the Dem party responsible for any type of oppositional research? I practically know all sorts of info about Hershel Walker’s lies but no one checked George’s resume at all? No one knew he never worked anywhere? Yeah Rethuglican voters are this and that but Democratic

This guy is just amazing. Now he says it was a “poor choice of words” to say he worked at Citigroup. The words: “I worked at Citigroup”.

YEP! I can hear the head-tilt as he says the word: “Jew[headtilt]ish”.

The NYTimes reported that the theft and fraud case against him is still open in Brazil. Also, it’s a federal crime to lie on campaign financial disclosure forms, which it looks like he did. If he swore, under penalty of perjury, to any of his filings with the State of NY as to his educational or employment history,

“I never claimed to be Jewish. I am Catholic. Because I learned my maternal family had a Jewish background I said I was ‘Jew-ish.’”

I can see his point, it’s a silly title.  Calling it ‘Glass Onion: A Benoit Blanc Mystery’ would at least make more sense.

If it’s so big and complicated and crazy... that’s yet another reason not to rewrite it. Do you think it’s worth spending all that time replicating functionality that already exists — simply so the CEO likes it?
