As a sidenote about the World Cup final, while Spain completely deserved that victory, I still can’t get over England the England team decided to go in that final. I wasn’t shocked that Spain won, but the reason I was picked England going into the game was that in the tournament we had seen that Spain’s lower midfield

I do find it hilarious that Spain couldn’t get through a simple award ceremony for winning the World Cup without reminding everyone who utterly gross the situation with their women’s team is.

...Who is the person who would pay for this? Like I want a documentary about them and all the choices they made during their life.

I had such a blast watching it. While it is pretty traditional with a lot of the plot beats, and some of the circumstances were really clunky, it had a personality that made it a ton of fun for me. Even if it was a superhero origin movie, it had an identity and almost guts with some of the story lines involved.

Not completely agreed, but what makes Che so baffling to me is how utterly oblivious both the show and Ramirez seem to be about the multitude of issues relating to the character.

It’s almost like the show gave Ramirez a contract to be a full cast member in season 2, then realized how bad Che’s storyline with Miranda is and now can’t figure out what to do with them.

That’s interesting on the comparison to the D:OS multi-player dialogue and how it compares.

At least so far as I am in the game, there are a ton of likable characters. There are some clear assholes too, but in those situations there are also the more affeable people opposing them, won’t go too much into specifics here because of spoilers. In addition there’s been a few instances where there are relentlessly

Just adoring this game even though I’m still quite early in it. Decided to go for the deep end and roll a Dark Urge Paladin, which has been a fun experience even if there are certain inherent challenges as becomes evident quite early on. Don’t want to spoil what as that moment did catch me by surprise.

Also delighted by the game and still in Act 1, but I’ve also noticed those both issues.

Not only do I completely agree with that Garrus point, although I don’t know if I found necessary boring in ME1 and his character mission in ME2 was great, but I also feel this applies to a lot of the character dynamics interactions moving from ME1/2 to ME3.

This is what so heartbreaking to me as I do think that ME:A had a lot of really strong elements at the heart of it and you could feel the development team figuring things out as they pushed on with the main story and established certain elements of the larger story.

By the way, since the showrunner now decided to bring up that season 1 finale, can someone explain to me what Vilgefortz was trying to achieve there now that we know that he was collaborating with Nilfgaard?

It would also help if the twist made somehow more sense on rewatch. Nothing in that particular scene makes it feel anymore pretend than the first time watching it. Like there were so many ways to execute that better where there would be some weird detail that suddenly made sense when having the new information, but

There is something genuinely impressive about the combination of how smug the creative of the Witcher is about all their clever ideas and how utterly idiotic their actual execution of those said ideas is.

In an elaboratoly choreographed sword fight where there is seemingly no one around to see this subterfuge take place?

So the USWNT that won the 2019 World Cup was one of the oldest in the tournament and basically made no change in the Olympics where that age really started showing. Also I don’t know how their success in past World Cups has any relevance to the current state of their youth program, unless you are genuinely insisting

Wanted to thank again for the recommendation, that was an excellent listen and I thought they did a really good job in keeping the discussion on the big picture instead of getting lost to how good the US looked against Sweden. I actually thought it was really fitting for their discussion to point out that if the US

Thank you, I will search that out.

To be honest, I didn’t know I was that pedantic until I wrote that response. The more we learn about ourselves.
