I’ll just state that the fact that DA:O was used here as an example of the last inspired writing by BioWare, if I’m understanding correctly, made me laugh pretty hard.

A truly glorious and fitting end for the season, and for the show if it comes to that.

Yeah, this attempt to spin Sinema’s behaviour into some master plan is kind of weird. Especially because if she did want to exit politics as a winner, which means a lot for future, she would just not seek re-election instead of going out there to crash and burn in a spectacular manner.

I know, I stated that the game gave you that choice.

I’m also one of those who is most surprised they did in a DLC, but I do really that they gave that choice as the game does allow you certain ability to affect Aloy and this is a big one. Although I do perhaps appreciate that this allowed to build a longer, slower story with that development being a core part of it.

But I think my confusion with your argument is that just because the show said this is what it was at the start doesn’t make it immune to criticism, especially as the years roll by.

I agree on a lot you wrote and because of that it didn’t bother me that much during the first season. I got what the show was and had no issue rolling with it then.

Yes and that has absolutely nothing to do with my criticism. Ted’s task and job is to be a manager of a football team. While I do think there is a great deal to admire in a want to help others. Yet the environment he does that is related to a sport he hasn’t seemed to care that much about.

There’s this aspect about Ted Lasso that has probably been discussed even here in detail in that as much as the show has been a huge hit in North America, in England it isn’t really that huge of a thing. I’d actually expand on that in that as much as I follow European football, Ted Lasso isn’t the kind of a presence

Sarah Sherman finding new ways to demonize Colin Jost is something I did not realize I needed in my life.

For me, there is a single detail that explains a lot of the issues with this shows. Namely that the developers, as well as executive producers, of this show are Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti.

I hadn’t heard of that, but might have been for all I know. I only read that Kenny and Ibushi were playable characters in it.

Oh, I don’t think this is going to meaningfully affect AEW’s future at all regardless if it tanks or not. The drama probably being overblown I kind of agree with, expect it’s Tony Khan himself saying weird things. Although at this point I think we’ve come to understand that is just TK way of operating. I still start

I’m not?

I linked the Tony Khan comment on the financial investment to another comment, but to be safe it can be found here:

I could have linked the Forbes article itself, but here is the information more succintly while also a link to the interview where Tony Khan made that statement:

I got that tidbit because Tony Khan said it himself in an interview when the game was originally announced. If you think TK lied, I mean wouldn’t put it past the man, but I try to take people at their word.

I don’t wish any disaster for the game, even I’m not personally interested in it, but man has this development been funny from a pro wrestling perspective.

Eh, don’t mind that part. To me, Gotham is such an iconic location that you can explore the various dynamics there even without Batman. Actually, it adds so much depth to the place as it isn’t defied by the hero, but rather it is something vast and dark in itself.

Absolutely loving the look and feel of the trailer. So excited for the show.
