Mmm, siracha, interesting. I’m gonna try that today. A have a nice ripe tomato on hand, too. It’s not cheap but italian tuna like Tono is the way to go.

Now playing

Whoever wrote this song for her lifted heavily from Ryuichi Sakamoto’s Forbidden Colours, one of my favorite songs ever.

Tuna, dill relish or capers, vegenaise, dijon mustard, dried dill, minced onion on good quality bread. Add sliced soft-boiled egg if you want to do it Saltie style.

I love to make pies, much moreso than cakes. IMO the crust is absolutely the best part of the pie, and there is never enough of it, so while making the crust for a my Maple Pecan pie this year, I did a double instead of single, and made a good heavy edge around the deep dish. There was a bit of dough leftover, enough

I saw the exhibit in Brooklyn, made me weepy, it was so moving. Wish it would be permanently installed there.

Donated.

A true measure of whether it will work with a significant other (for me) is their level of adoration for the Coen Brothers.

When I bought it to watch with my son a few years back, I had forgotten about the scene at the end where he opens a door and there are shirtless, ripped “construction guys” building the new room of his house with fruitcakes. From the men’s choir at the beginning to the end scene, the entire show pings to high heaven,

“I’ll stake my Pulitzer on it!”

Feliz blah blay blah?

We watch that every year, me & my son love it. I know what will help keep him entertained while I cook next Thursday!

Really nice article. I was 12, in the 6th grade, first year in public school, and a complete nerd when this show ran. I adored it and was crushed when it was cancelled.

I am not that familiar with her catalogue, song I know best is “Golden” as it accompanied a video from an Obama 2008 victory street party. Nothing at all sexy about it, in fact she referenced Jesus so upon reading this I was like, had no idea she was a freak, but I love it!

Worked at a French restaurant in N.C. where the chef refused to do a steak past medium, she told me to tell them no, and they can get something else or leave. She also made her own ketchup as she had to give in after being asked for ketchup non-stop. I think she derived the most pleasure out of making the homemade dog

Agree across the board.

Ahh, Predator, so many great one liners.

Second that. What a fun movie.

I was watching the Spanberger - Brat race in VA closely, and am beyond delighted that fuckstick went down.

BTW, fuck Kim Davis. That is just beautiful.

BTW, Masshole, coming to you from exciting Framingham. No shortage of Massholes here. Peace and love.
