@Lizard_King: I did the conductive thread thing, too, for my MC gloves. I live in California, so we really only have one season and several shades on that season, so I only use one primary set of gloves.

@franksands: "Getting Busy" == "Getting Things Done"???
@RenRen: I'm trying to understand this sentence: " Had it not been for the cute girl next to me, with the shorts and uggs boots, and the yappy dog she had with her, I would have gone nuts."
My faith in humanity is somewhat restored by this story.
@Zinger314: ... And it looks something like this... She's been dead for a couple of years now.
Just write about an uninteresting subject that is unlikely to be slashdotted.
@Go Vols!: Uh, if you're objecting to the current closures under the grounds of freedom and liberty, please try to remember W's heroic efforts in undermining personal liberties with his infamous wiretap policies. I object to those policies much more than shutting down bittorrent sites.
@danger the pirate: Yeah, but with Pyrex, if you *do* manage to break it, you'll be picking up billions of pieces of glass from around your house. Ever break one of these things? It's like a glass orgasm. Shit gets hit everywhere.
We've got two sous-vide machines (one for each residence) and have both the $2500 Adria Ferran designed one, and the far less expensive $500 Sous Vide Supreme one.
Take the happy meals away. No problem.
I took the plunge, and ebayed my 64G iPad Wifi. I had to do that before the wifie would let me splurge on an Air.
@⌘Z: Alliteration works for porn stars, but that's about it.
On a egotastic whim, I did the SaddleSore 1000 twice, from San Francisco to Vancouver, BC. 1000 miles in 17 hours each way. Take *lots* of proactive ibuprofen, Joel. You will need it.
@robmcbell: Kind of a db move there. You will freak out a lot of people that way, right or wrong.
I like the OmniFocus/iPad and OmniFocus/MBP combination. It's a pretty robust system, a bit more depth than RTM, but still fairly simple.
@obedient.deviant: Actually, they look like Oxfords, or some other laced shoe, not penny loafers. But just the same, still a crime against fashion.
Imagine my disappointment when I learned that this article was *not* about the BP fiasco.
@krisg1984: Good idea. I've looked into it, but the problem is that I use my Windows PC for games (is it good for much else?) and my MBP for work. I guess I could log into the WinPC and Synergy over to the Mac for when I had to do work.
@cgrossmeier: OK, I take it back. Not only is he married, and a good photographer (and has a cool office), he's also got a hell of a lot more account control over his wife than I do over mine. Case in point: being able to dominate all of that walk-in closet space.
One look and you can tell that this fella isn't married. Maybe gay, he's so neat (and that's not an insult). My wife's shoes would preclude any sort of setup like that. But I like it.
