Yep, I’m not very eager to see the new Captain America (Sam Wilson), Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), Hulk (Jennifer Walters), Iron Man (Riri Williams), Black Panther (Shuri), Ant-Man (Cassie Lang) or any of the new Marvels to interact on the big screen. Whenever that even comes. Is it the Kang Dynasty in 2025? And none of them…
For all it’s budget, the show felt cheap when it came to writing, acting and directing. At moments (not all the time) it felt like the MTV’s Shannara, but with insane budget.
Um actually :) I was just rereading (or listening to) Silmarillion and in it, is said that the orcs hated Morgoth more than anything else for their twisted existence.
But still, it’s weird that this articles author’s conclusion is that Adar is telling the truth.
I have this idea for a game where you play a ‘Highlander’ immortal, but with reincarnation.
I might be getting old, but after the halfway through movies like Wick or The Raid - I just get bored of the constant and longer and longer action scenes. Two guys slugging it out for five minutes just gets boring, especially if there’s no change in scenery or pace.
Or.. like comment on events happening today in China:
What I regret is coming to Kotaku after a longer break on visiting the site, and the first item on the Latest is this ad.

Is anyone else feeling that they have seen it all what an adventure game chases and climbing have to provide? The climbing over obstacles, falling platforms, last second ledge grabs and chimmying. For ages there hasn’t bee anything new to this. Feels like later Assassin’s Creed games replaced the requirement to have…
The game starts really slow gameplay mechanics-wise. Some very basic feeling skills are acquired quite far in to the game, like force pull. And swinging with the ropes is way too frustating without that skill, but required to do to progress further.
Once I got a bit further, I really enjoyed it.
PvPOnline did it in 2003:
Really? Did not know this.
In the 90's I kept admiring the trades (can’t remember the publisher) in the store, but couldn’t afford them. Then a British publisher (Mandarin?) released the first couple books as one in color and I bought that, but they went under. Then a Finnish publisher (LIKE) started to release them…
I think it was great how they portrayed the boyfriends apartment and how you could see right away it wasn’t going to work: the only place she could fit her diploma in this cold, stark apartment, was in the bathroom, above the toilet.
That really hit home for me: my lady friend and I, had our own apartments but she was…
“If you are from a country where tipping is routinely practiced, it may come as a surprise that there is no such culture in Japan.”
SO GOOD. The tentacles felt very intuitive and Mike Patton voicing the Darkness was spot on.
The couple must be some really terrible people to get Agent 47 hired to kill them.
I’ve read that after the war rice on short supply but fish wasn’t. So people brought the restaurant their own rice and the chef prepared the sushi with much larger portions of fish than rice, than are used today.
At earlier point in the game, there was a hidden ledge that you had to fling with at least three ropes to get to. And controlling Cal in these rope swings is way too difficult. I died dozens of times trying to get back from that ledge to the main path. Little did I know that later you would get the force pull skill,…
Played it thru on Normal with a friend of mine, with whom we played the hell out of all the previous games.
Yeah. It’s going to be so funny when all the families with mean violent drunks stay together indoors for days and days.
