I thought Coraline turned out really well.

Given Hollywood's obsession with endless franchises, I'm surprised one of the major studios hasn't gone all in on Discworld yet. Seems like it would be a no-brainer.

That it does. Which is an impressive feat for a spherical object.

Lol. Offline meatspace. Conversations with co-workers, family, friends, party guests, etc.

The point is, the one I didn't make before, is not liking the Avengers movies isn't an edgy opinion. Maybe on a site like the AV club, but not out in the real world, that I live in. These aren't movies people were excited to talk about or recommend. When they did come up they garnered mostly unenthusiastic reactions.

Not really. It just depends on what you expect from a movie. I thought the Avengers was fine, telling an entertaining team up kind of story. Good but nothing amazing. It pales in comparasion to, say, Ocean's 11(A), which is a great team-up movie. It pales even in comparison to Marvel's own GotG(A-) which is so much

Avengers: C+
Age of Ultron: F

Thoughts: The low profile rocker who hates this widely accepted classic, acknowledges he hates it ONLY because it's overplayed. I can get on board with that sentiment, because I too roll my eyes every time I hear it, then a minute later I'm happily, perhaps ironically but not really ironically, belting along with the

I dunno. I would think it would be interesting to look at for sure.

I blame Cait. I didn't have a problem with trans people before, but now that Cait has become the public face of the transgendered, my blind murderous rage towards her has extended towards all trans people. So of course the murder rate is up.

I am a big supporter of increased diversity in Hollywood, but let's not pretend putting more women in the directors chair is going to change writing formulas and make things less predictable.

Cheap shot at Rom-Coms.

STRONG DISAGREEMENT!!1 Sour apple is the only jolly rancher flavor worth eating off the floor!

Letterman famously made fun of a town on his show. He bought them twin Gazebos.

In this age of reboots, one has to wonder why NBC didn't just call Code Black, ER. Probably because it's on CBS, but given how generic a name ER is, I bet they could have gotten away with it.

Cena's the top of the card, so naturally guys drift downcard after feuding with him.

Yeah, I don't see HHH becoming face anytime soon.

I'd wager HHH/Rollins is penciled in for Wrestlemania. Rollins has just about wrestled everybody on the Roster in this heel run. So I feel like the turn is coming pretty soon.

Well anybody who's feuding with Cena is a babyface to a certain segment of the audience and Rollins is basically in an evergreen feud with Cena. So he's kind of a babyface.

I think the open challenge is just a way for Cena to put over young heels the company is hot on. Nobody puts on better matches than Cena and wrestling Cena is a great spot for anybody on the Roster, New Day included.
