Bell to bell, he's one of the best and Vince and company know it. He's just got a shitty presence on the mic. It's no mystery what holds him back. Teaming him up with Xavier Woods has been great. He could have a hall of fame career yet, even without the main belt.

No. I basically think Hillary is lady Macbeth. I don't like her. But if it came down to Trump or Hillary, I'm casting my vote for Hillary.

Being the biggest one on set.

It is in big media's naked self-interest to not offend large swaths of potential customers. So large commercial art will be mostly PC. This is just economic reality. But this is a big fractured media market and there will always be a place for un-PC material. I'm not worried for the future of art. There's always a

This episode wasn't about immigration. And it wasn't really about sensationalism, broadly. It was about Donald Trump, specifically. Which is why it's so funny. Donald Trump is a clown, and he has a specific brand of tell-it-like-it-is bullshit that is popular with racists who hate being PC.

Counter-Strike is really dreadfully bad TV, thanks to the first person perspective. The only commercially successful eSporsts, historically, are StarCraft and Dota clones. Both games were/are massive hits in Korea as TV products and US TV would be smart to take thier cues from that. Counter-strike?

Actually, the Tarzan example clears things up, I think. In your example you denounce the politics of the Tarzan film by arguing that it is not anti-impearlist enough. I think that would be a valid criticism of the film. You would disagree.

I don't think I'm following your argument. You bring up Dickens, whose stories engage directly with the politics of class, and say that politics aren't integral to understanding Dickens?

I'm not sure if I agree. Fiction is always a product of the political climate its created in. Can a work ever truly be apolitical?

Except that fiction doesn't exist in a world divorced from our own. It exists in our world, the real one, and fiction is certainly not divorced from the politics of the climate it was created in. Fiction often directly engages with political themes.

That's a fun fact, but the reason is because if thier name was "churches" it would be too hard to Google.

I never volunteer that information. When I meet or reconnect with people, it comes up. "Let me add you on Facebook", they say.
" You can't. I don't do Facebook "
Then they either ask why or don't. Usually they ask. I have a lot of stock responses depending on circumstance.

I have a lot of stock responses to, "why aren't you on Facebook" that I've learned to vary up depending on circumstance. Sometimes I give a long, honest answer, but these days I can get away with just telling people, "I hate it" and the most common response I receive is, "Oh, good for you. Facebook sucks."

Also replaying Deus Ex:HR. I played it when it first came out, but never finished it. I liked it but life gets in the way, and it just fell by the wayside before the end. I love the cyberpunk setting and I'm enjoying spending time in that world. Hopefully I finish it this time.

Sure, the schlubby guy and his hot wife is a stale trope, but it's a dynamic I see all the time in real life. I have never met a couple where it's a hot guy and a schlubby girlfriend/wife.

I thought we saw a little girl in a couple of those family pictures. I could be remembering wrong.

I could see that happening. Or what I think is more likely is that Elliot's tenuous grasp on reality will be a constant source of tension. The show will make drama of his struggle to remember MR is not real.

I would be surprised if Darlene/Angela are the same person, although it's a fun theory. For one, Angela has her own Dad. Are we to believe they share a mother? Which doesn't make sense because Elliott hates his mother and Angela is heartbroken over the loss of her mother. Anglea has also made reference to sleeping in

You're going to make me say it, he tells us. It's as if Esmail anticipated the audience reaction perfectly. I loved that.

It's simple for me. I like wrestling the same reason I like dance: it's athletes telling stories with thier bodies. There's beauty in that.
