Sorry. We don’t sit around the TV watching shows and ignoring our families over Christmas.  Instead we watch movies and sporting events to ignore our families over the holidays :)

If it was British we’d only have 6 episodes per season.

I didn’t even mind the title cards. I didn’t like where she was hit by a car like that out of nowhere from someone who was working well as a Greek Chorus member up until then. it went from “we’re snarky parents looking at the drama” to “she’s one of us!” real quick.

This was one of the more underrated movies of 2018. This article helps explain why. The only thing I felt it didn’t earn was the ending, but this is a damn near flawless film.

This looked horrible from the trailer, but i’m always saddened when a unique big budget hollywood film that takes risks is a bust.  Just strengthens the case for paint by numbers dreck.

It was nice to see an actual film critic throw some shade at The Polar Express.
