I agree in theory. It’s frustrating to go into a performance review and they give you ZERO things to work on to improve yourself/your performance.

Just reminds me that I got yelled at by two bosses for asking in a support ticket if they could tell me which printer was down. The bosses’ told me that I should never ask for clarification. I should just figure this out myself.
