Movies/TV shows do this all the time, and not just with Jeeps. It’s most likely due to budget, where they use the nicer one for the up close shots and the beater, early gen model for the scene where it gets trashed. Sometimes it’s because of pickup shots that are filmed later, and the original vehicle is no longer…

These videos are cool, but would be much better at 1/4 speed and with subtitles like “lighting pass”, “fog layer”, “adding depth of field”, etc. Seeing 15 layers piled up flipflipflipflip in 2 seconds doesn’t really let me appreciate what’s happening.
